Scheduling Policy

When scheduling, you are reserving the day for your test, not a specific time slot. We do not offer exact appointment times. Testing may occur anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

Please make sure that your system has been turned on and have your paperwork from the city or municipality taped to your door.
